Born with weak constitution
I had cold extremities, suffered congestive cold every other day, regular painful menses, hot flushes and upper back pain due to a serious curved spine. Also, I had a big problem with my food as it gave me gas and have either 'too cooling' or 'too heaty' effect on me at every meal. Eczema on my finger had plagued me for years. It split and bleed very easily. Working in a restaurant is making my life miserable as I was unable to avoid touching water and cleansing agents which only go to make the condition worse. I have been going for regular massages for 30 years but my water retention in both my legs and pain in my arm haven't gone away. Herniated discs, Impinged nerves and unbearable aches and pain
Due to the degeneration of my spine, MRI showed pinched and damaged nerves in 4 places in my neck (cervical) bones. I have numbness and excruciating pain in my right arm from the shoulder to my thumb. The pain in my thumb felt like knief stabs whenever I place my hand under the running tap. Averted the confinement of a 6 month cast
I suffered from flat foot since I was a kid. As a result I have had very weak knees and couldn't walk far. I was told I had a heel spur and, recently, everything came to a head with a collapsed ligament on my underfoot. Doctor told me I have to have my affected leg in cast for 6 months which would need me to be off my feet and off-work for 2 whole months!

H. Pylori and Gastritis

I was very troubled by how I seemed to unconsciously invite people to bully me and make use of me. I would take it quietly, bottling up my frustration and anger until I explode at them.
